Triple M Plymouth

The five-star is just so I can get my review seen . No, this establishment doesn't deserve five stars , they never seem to have the prerolls that are new in stock ever in stock! Why don't they make enough batches so their medical customers can get the opportunity to try ? I find it very difficult to the point I made a backup of choices to purchase and another backup because this is constant with how they are consistent in never having enough for even a week. Then you take out the 1 gram prerolls to find each one isn't even filled to the top!! What a waste of money and my medical card expense. I pay how much to not pay taxes for them to be cheap!! Also their Staff doesn't know how to handle medical patients , they need to train them on how to handle multiple levels of interactions with customers as well as maybe it's time to redo and turn that place into am inviting establishment, it's so bland so empty and not welcoming. Where is the ice cream , better edibles , and prerolls are poorly made? I'm adding my photos /video of proof. Go to Panacea way better service, environment ans quality products as well as great customer /staff relationships honored. Not to mention way better deals and varieties with marijuana. Go anywhere else. I promise it's worth it !

Bad dispensary :( Everything is over priced for starters, but if you absolutely have to go here, I would definitely recommend you don’t try the Triple M products…they suck. The disposable pen barely even worked and the ‘Gorilla Glue’ tasted much more like the ‘Gorilla’s Used Gym Socks’. Seemed like it would’ve tasted better many months ago… The only redeeming quality about this place was the customer service. 2 stars :/

Sarah was fantastic, very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The quality of TripleM products is and has always been fantastic. However, I am only giving 2 stars today because I am extremely disappointed about the lack of availability to purchase transdermal patches. That particular product is impossible to find anywhere but TripleM and it's the one I use the most in my day to day as a medical patient to treat chronic pain and anxiety. For quite a while now it's been increasingly hard to get transdermals at all because they were frequently not in stock and I have not been able to get the ones I really need, the 1:1 CBD/THC, in months because they just never have them anymore. Today I had to get the THC and CBD patches separately because that's all they had and I will have to use one of each at the same time to even get the same result of thr 1:1. I asked at checkout when the 1:1 would be back in stock and was informed that they likely won't be because TripleM apparently got rid of the machine that makes them. That likely explains why the patches they did have were on sale for $5 each today, a price which is unheard of since they historically have never really had sales on transdermals... But it would seem the sale is only happening because they are clearing out the stock and evidently won't be making them anymore because it just wasn't "popular" enough. Which frankly is ridiculous. If I had to guess it's more likely a lack of good marketing for that product and due to it's higher price point per unit it's harder to afford than other options, but it is still an entirely relevant product for patients who need it!! I was even talking recently to a nurse practitioner during my recertification appointment and she also uses transdermals as do many of her patients but everyone she has spoken to has also been reporting increasing difficulties finding them and clearly this is why. Just because other products are more popular doesn't make transdermals any less important to the medical patients who depend on them. I live an hour away from Plymouth and transdermals are the main reason I started going to TripleM in the first place because they were the only dispensary around that carried them, but given this development I will likely not be purchasing much if anything from TripleM in the future. I am not the only medical patient that depends on transdermal patches and it is really frustrating and upsetting that TripleM would discontinue a product that is so vital, one that other dispensaries don't even offer, and one that there is really no replacement or substitute for. Unreal.

I have been going to triple M for two years now. Medical. Everyone I’ve ever dealt with is absolutely wonderful. I mostly deal with Rachel. And she is outstanding. Yesterday I had Casey. She was also outstanding. The people at the desk are so friendly. Even the security guard is just wonderful. I’ve tried other dispensaries before and nothing compares with triple M. I’m just shy of 63 and this is all new to me within the last two years. I feel so welcome and everybody loves their job. You can just feel it, see it And I’m the lucky one to experience their kindness and outstanding customer service. I have often thought of applying for a job just to be around such happy people that love their job. It’s always a pleasure to walk in and feel so welcomed.. I’m in the customer service industry too. Trust me, the outstanding customer service is very important. I’ll never go anywhere else. Sincerely Linda B

While not the least expensive around in the Area this dispensary has very good quality cannabis products that are grown, dried and cured PROPERLY which I struggle to find in other places who sell bone dry cannabis that flash burns its so dry. i will be making this place my go to for now on. .Update: been going here for 5 months now hands down best quality, strong terps. The Bud tenders are polite, very professional and very helpful. don't forget to Tip them!!!!
